The Smart Power Protector is a unique product line, combining all required protection and controls for D.C power systems. This system includes EMI protection, surge & spikes protection, electronic circuit breaking and other features.

PARAMETERS

  •  Input voltage range: 16V-36V.
  •  Output current 1-20A (divided into sub groups).
  •  Current consumption when off, less than 500ľA.

PROTECTIONS

  • Per MIL-STD-704A, MIL-STD-1275A, Surge & Spikes (Vout Max. During Surge & Spikes).
  • Per MIL-STD-461C: CS01, CS02, CS06, CE01, CE03, CE07
  • Negative voltage protection: Very high efficiency (no diode used, no fuse required), no current will flow to the system.

DELAYS AND CONTROLS

  • The module has a soft start for externally-controlled delays.
  • Inrush current controlled by external capacitor (from 1.5 to 5 times the maximum current).
  • System connection/disconnection by ground connection.
  • Adjustable over current protection.

FEATURES

  • SPP-F300-A meets MIL-STD-1275A, MIL-STD-704, surge & spikes requirements (Vout of 38V during surge).
  • EMI protection decreases the input conducted emission per MIL-STD-461C, CS-01, CS-02.
  • Connection/disconnection by a control line which switches the input voltage.
  • Source disconnection in case of overcurrent (level controlled by user).
  • Reverse input voltage protection.
  • Very high efficiency - 99% at 10A output current. (Only 25mohm  input-output resistance).
  • On/Off delay control in accordance with system requirements.
  • High reliability, no electro-mechanical parts.
  • Small volume and weight - less than any combined solution on the market.
